In January 2017, our client, a Texas-based disaster restoration company, had only 300 likes on their Facebook business page and a negligible amount of engagement or website traffic from social media. The client desired to engage with their community, increase page likes, boost website traffic from social media, and “be everywhere.”
We decided to run a two-week paid Facebook contest to give away four tickets to a local football game in order to increase the client’s local social media presence, build rapport with existing customers, and attract new customers.
