Challenge

AutoRevive approached Offshore Marketers in search of a more effective digital marketing strategy and greater individual attention, having been dissatisfied with their previous digital marketing partner. During the initial site audit, we identified a significant decline in the client's site traffic since July 2022. Our analysis revealed several critical issues: the website featured an overwhelming number of calls-to-action (CTAs) scattered throughout, which contributed to a cluttered and confusing user experience. Additionally, the form fields were complex and daunting, further complicating user interactions. The site’s structure and design were also found to be difficult to navigate, and it lacked a compelling value proposition and a clear, effective CTA. The primary goal of our engagement was to enhance AutoRevive’s overall online growth and visibility. Furthermore, the company aimed to optimize its online channels for more effective staffing and recruiting, leveraging digital platforms to attract top talent and support its expansion goals.

Solution

To deliver the company’s objectives, Offshore Marketers’ team of SEO and digital marketing specialists focused on two significant aspects: site design and structure and online visibility. Our online marketing strategies were centered on improving lead generation and user experience. More importantly, we wanted to gain visibility into friction points and identify opportunities to boost the client’s online performance.

Online Visibility

Following the launch of the revamped website in August 2022, Offshore Marketers simultaneously initiated a pay-per-click (PPC) marketing campaign alongside comprehensive on-page optimization efforts. The primary objectives were to enhance search visibility, boost conversions, and reduce the cost-per-conversion (CPC). Our SEO strategy aimed to drive higher overall site traffic, improve conversions, and elevate keyword rankings, with a particular focus on expanding the company’s reach in NYC-area cities such as Brooklyn and Queens. To achieve these goals, Offshore Marketers’ SEO specialists began by securing high-quality, relevant links from niche directories and authoritative sites. We employed a range of targeted optimization tactics, including competitor link analysis, guest posting, blog commenting, content syndication, and listing in business directories. Beyond on-page SEO, our digital marketing strategy encompassed content optimization for industry-specific blog topics, thorough keyword ranking and traffic reviews, and the building and claiming of local listings from reputable citation sites.

THE RESULTS

After one year of implementing the tailored digital marketing strategies, Offshore Marketers achieved impressive results for AutoRevive. The campaign generated an additional 4,500 new leads and increased conversions by 15%. Remarkably, the bounce rate dropped by 98%, while the conversion rate improved by 11%. Total sessions on the site surged by 50%, and organic SEO traffic saw a 40% increase. Impressions also rose by 15%, reflecting enhanced visibility. Overall, our on-page optimization efforts led to a significant 40% boost in organic search traffic and a 35% increase in new users. Display ads saw a 15% increase in visibility, with 2% of these impressions coming from new visitors. Direct site visits grew by 25%, with 20% of those being new users. Following the optimization of the client's Google My Business (GMB) listing, we observed a substantial 70% increase in direct queries, and search views were up by 40%. Additionally, site clicks increased by 30%, and phone actions saw a 12% rise. The Contact Us page also experienced a 45% increase in engagement, with a 10% improvement in conversion rate. These results highlight the effectiveness of Offshore Marketers’ strategies in driving significant growth and enhancing AutoRevive's online performance.
