Strategy

The strategy began with an initial phase of research and planning during the first two months, which involved identifying 50 high-value, low-competition keywords, analyzing top competitors to understand their SEO tactics, and performing a comprehensive content audit. In the following months, from months 3 to 5, the focus shifted to on-page SEO and content development. This phase included creating 100 new, engaging, and SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions, optimizing meta tags for all pages, and establishing a robust internal linking structure.

Execution

From months 6 to 7, the emphasis was on off-page SEO and link building, with efforts to acquire 200 high-quality backlinks from industry-related websites, publish 30 guest posts on reputable industry blogs, and integrate social media to promote content and enhance brand awareness. The final phase, from months 8 to 10, involved analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement. Regular monitoring using Google Analytics tracked website performance, A/B testing was implemented on landing pages to improve conversion rates, and content was updated based on performance analysis to maintain relevance and engagement.

Challenge

Borno Uniforms encountered several significant challenges: their organic traffic was notably low, with only 2,000 monthly visitors coming from organic search. They struggled with poor keyword ranking, as none of their keywords appeared in the top 10 Google search results. Additionally, the conversion rate from organic traffic was just 0.5%, reflecting a lack of effectiveness in turning visitors into customers. Over a 10-month period, the results were remarkable. Online traffic surged from 2,000 to 15,000 monthly visitors, representing a 650% increase. Keyword rankings improved significantly, with 25 keywords now appearing in the top 10 Google search results. The conversion rate saw a substantial boost from 0.5% to 2.5%, leading to a notable increase in sales. Additionally, the bounce rate decreased from 70% to 40%, indicating enhanced user engagement.
