The company offers a wide range of unique speaker cabinets, professional audio speaker systems, and other music-related equipment. Sonic Waves’ primary goal is to provide all musicians with the best shopping experience and the most affordable professional audio equipment on the market. Sonic Waves collaborated with Offshore Marketers, a digital marketing agency, to boost its monthly sales through organic and paid advertising. The tenure of this collaboration was 3 months.

Challenge

Before partnering with Offshore Marketers, Sonic Waves was selling approximately 12,000 units per month. The company wanted to increase its monthly sales volume and improve its visibility on various online platforms. The primary objective was to enhance Sonic Waves’ daily sessions, page views, and monthly sales.

Strategy and Execution

Offshore Marketers performed comprehensive site audits and industry analyses to gain a better understanding of Sonic Waves’ campaign direction. After thorough research, the marketing efforts were focused on optimizing each product listing with relevant, high-performing keywords.
In less than a month, a complete overhaul of the product titles, description bullet points, keywords, and images for over 2,500 products was completed. To attract more interested customers, automatic and manual advertising campaigns were launched. Promotional ads, such as discounts and bundle offers, were set up to convert more visitors into customers. The goal was to acquire a balanced stream of traffic and increase Sonic Waves’ lead generation and conversion rate.
Aside from product listing optimization, Offshore Marketers also managed Sonic Waves’ branding, parent/child product relationships, pricing optimization, in-stock monitoring, and search engine optimization (SEO). The SEO campaign was centered on increasing leads and improving organic keyword rankings. Extensive keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, site audits, link analyses, guest blogging, and content syndication were performed.
Offshore Marketers also launched a pay-per-click marketing campaign to explore new opportunities for increased revenue. The PPC strategy involved reviewing campaigns on Google Ads Search Partners, remarketing, managing negative keywords, creating new ad content and landing pages, and updating bid strategies. Market changes were also monitored for possible additional service expansion opportunities and ad strategy adjustments.

Results

After three months of the campaign, Offshore Marketers was able to increase Sonic Waves’ average sales volume from 12,000 units ordered in May 2023 to 15,600 units sold in August 2023. This was a 30% increase in sales volume. There was also a 27% increase in total units ordered and a 25% increase in product listing page views. Additionally, the advertising cost of sale (ACoS) was reduced by 35%.
The successful execution of Offshore Marketers’ digital marketing solutions resulted in an average of 25,000 monthly organic sessions, which was 7% higher than previous months. An average of 120 monthly organic order placements were also generated. With continuous optimization efforts and targeted advertising strategies, Sonic Waves is poised for long-term profitable growth.

The budget for this three-month campaign was $30,000, which was allocated across various activities such as SEO, PPC, content creation, and website optimization. This investment proved to be cost-effective, considering the significant increase in sales and visibility for Sonic Waves.
